Origin of the Workways Concept
During the pandemic, the founders created Workways: flexible, digital (PropTech), aesthetically refined and functionally designed spaces, perfectly adapted to the needs of businesses and their employees.
2021
Major Works Carried Out
Deep retrofitting across our first assets: upgrades to HVAC, electricity, and security, creation of common spaces, and preparation of an IT and IoT/BMS-ready infrastructure framework with a focus on energy efficiency.

First Operational Site & Initial IoT Deployments
Opening of Workways Brussels Airport (Zaventem) — a beautifully designed site with exceptional common spaces (lobby, lounges, collaboration zones) and the successful deployment of hardware IoT technologies.

Portfolio Expansion
Opening of Workways Paris Val d’Europe and Workways Dublin Belgard, extending the platform across two new markets and validating our cross-border operating model.

Deployment of Spaces Control — a platform for remote building management integrating a dedicated help desk, real-time energy management, service management, and ESG reporting.

Waya: The Operating System for Office Real Estate
All the building blocks are in place. With established processes, IoT infrastructure, and a proprietary operational dataset built across five years and multiple sites, we launch Waya — Workways’ in-house AI engine.
