  • Email addresses of people who subscribe to our organisation’s newsletter;

We may, from time to time, disclose Data to our third party service providers who provide a service to Workways (such as marketing platforms, IT Service providers, credit card providers etc) as well as third parties where required by law, where necessary to administer our working relationship with you or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.

Where the processing of Data is carried out by a third party data processor on our behalf, we endeavour to ensure that they are compliant with the security measures required by statute to prevent unauthorised disclosure of Data.

Security and where we store your data

Your data is stored securely on our private SSL Protected server. We have engaged the services of Mailchimp to manage our newsletter subscriptions. Therefore, Mailchimp subscriptions are held on Mailchimp servers and in our private CMS.  You may unsubscribe from our newsletter subscription at any time.

Data of those who are members of our private Member’s Area is held on our private CMS.

Retention of Data

Workways will only retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
