Workways empowers businesses to thrive by providing flexible, inspiring workspaces that foster community, productivity, and innovation.
Our History: A Journey Fueled by the Evolution of Work
2020: Origin of Workways Concept:
During the pandemic, the founders created Workways: flexible, digital (PropTech), aesthetically refined and functionally designed spaces, perfectly adapted to the current needs of businesses and their employees. Each space is designed to combine aesthetics and practicality, while incorporating solutions for energy efficiency and eco-design.
2021: Major works carried out:
Major retrofitting, upgrades to HVAC/electricity/security, creation of common spaces, preparation of IT infrastructure and IoT/BMS-ready framework, with a focus on energy efficiency.
End of 2022: First operational site & initial IoT deployments:
Opening of Workways Brussels Airport (Zaventem), a beautifully designed site with exceptional common spaces (lobby, lounges, collaboration zones) and the successful deployment of hardware IoT technologies (sensors, BMS, access control, monitoring).
2023: New horizons:
Opening of Workways Paris Val d’Europe and Workways Dublin Belgard.
2024: Innovation at the core
Launch of Workways Spaces Design and the Workways app.
The Workways app is an innovative workplace experience software covering assetization of spaces and offering user functionalities such as booking engine, access management, on-site services, and management of additional services. It is fully connected to all IoT hardware deployed across our sites, enabling optimal and real-time management of spaces, comfort, and energy consumption.
2025: Spaces Control
Deployment of Spaces Control, a platform for remote building management, integrating a dedicated help desk for immediate support, real-time energy management, service management, and ESG reporting. A dedicated customer service team is available across all our countries.
2026: Planned growth
All the building blocks are now in place to scale Workways across a large number of sites. With solidly established processes, technologies, and infrastructure, we are ready to deploy Workways in several new locations. Three new sites are already planned: two in Ireland and one in Belgium, south of Brussels.
Sites are IoT-ready and natively integrated with Spaces Control for efficient operation.
